Doesn’t it make you crazy when you know there is a better way to do something and you want to scream your head off until everyone else knows it too? That is how I feel about benefits — they are important, there are several stakeholders and sometimes competing priorities. And right now, the whole conglomeration is a big mess. There is one thing that all parties seem to agree on — the current situation cannot continue.
