Hi Thomas, a selling system is your method of moving your customers from Leads to Prospects to Sales. You want
to create a documented process that allows everyone in the company or sales department to know what’s happening.
Start with how you’re going to find or attract leads, then you must have a database like Act or Salesforce that will allow you accountability. You also must create Scripts and solid Sales Presentation to achieve maximum sales.

I couldn’t agree more with Bert. I run into business owners who talk about the benefits of social media but when asked, “okay, but how much money has all that activity generated?” they inevitably say, “well… not much, but it’s important to keep up the presence.” People hear about one person who got rich using social media and it becomes the latest fad/easy money scheme. I have people who Facebook me with sales pitches all the time, but that’s the equivalent of trying to sell me something without even stopping to say hello. It’s a transparent sales attempt that lacks even the most basic common courtesy. And that’s what made telemarketing so unpopular.
