Clint Walker III is a third generation beekeeper in Central Texas. He has served the beekeeping industry as President of the American Beekeeping Federation and the National Honey Board as Vice-Chairman. Clint and his wife, Janice, own and operate Walker Honey Farm and Dancing Bee Winery engaging in honey production, honey bottling–specializing in varietal honeys. They also operate Walker Honey Farm Store, a direct to the consumer on-the-farm sales outlet for both honey and mead (honey wine) with monthly farm tours and twice annuals farmers market festivals.
